Return Policy
When can I return Products ?
Products are accepted as returns if they are not damaged, used and are returned within 7 days.
If I recive damaged products ?
ElureDeFumers check there products before packing and insure full safety of the products. Incase if it happens click pictures of the damaged products and send it to us for refund or exchange.
Can I return it after 7 days ?
No, We will not be able to give you a refund after 7 days of product delivery
How About The Return Policy?
Products that are in original condition and are not used can be returned.
Does Free Shipping Include Returns As Well?
No, Our store does not offer free shiping on returns.
How do I return Products?
In case of return contact ElureDeFumers.
When Will i recive payment ?
After the product is returned our eam does an inspection if the product passes it. Your payment will be issued.
(Note : Used, damged product will fail the inspection and no payment will be issued )
